Zeki Çeler

Born in 1981, Zeki Çeler graduated in 2003 from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Eastern Mediterranean University. After completing his university education, he worked in the private sector until 2013, particularly in the fields of marketing and public relations, during which he gained significant experience in human relations, needs analysis, and solution development.

His interest in politics and desire to serve the community led him to active politics. In 2013, he was elected as a Member of Parliament to the Assembly of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, a position he held until January 2022. Between February 2018 and May 2019, he also served as the Minister of Labour and Social Security, where he worked on key areas such as youth employment, social security reforms, and labor force policies.

Since February 2024, Çeler has been serving as the Leader of the Communal Democracy Party (TDP), actively working on issues such as social justice, transparent governance, and strengthening social policies. He aims to use all the knowledge and experience he has gained to develop lasting policies for the benefit of society.
